Lil' GP - Image

Here you are the first cover page for my files (although it is for the third subject, I think).
The subject is 'Image' - the chosen articles are about how women are seen, shown or depicted, that is, beauty contests for minors, SlutWalks, the burka in Western countries, only-skirt uniforms...

This is also the first twist on the Lil’ Goblin Princess design - every cover will have its own. This time, her comfortable pajamas turned into the most smart ball dress for the Goblin King's masquerade... Obviously inspired by that piece of the film, and drawn as I was listening to the Labyrinth OST and most of the time also singing 'As The World Falls Down'

Since the Goblin Princess never, EVER shows her face, her human version won't either. The fact that her mask completely covers her eyes, the soul's mirrors, is meant to represent how depictions of women try to reflect them but are never real, just costumes made of ideas.

It would mean a lot to me to have feedback on this, either about the lineart itself, the idea behind or both, so please don't be shy ^_^ Thank you

On a side note, it is the second time in my life that I draw bare feet, so if you have any anatomy tip, I'll be glad to know I've always drawn feet pretty big, but as I was working on this I thought that she looked more like a Hobbit Princess
